黃埔學報創刊於民國五十六年，是本校定期出版之學術性刊物。初期為年刊，為因應日與俱增之稿件，於民八十年改為半年刊，並於民國九十四年，申請國際標準期刊號 (ISSN) ，為本校發展學術國際化之目標預作準備。

The WHAMPOA - An Interdisciplinary Journal has been published as an annual journal since 1967. In 1991 it was changed to a half a year, with two volumes being published each year.

黃埔學報係為陸軍軍官學校發行之綜合性學術期刊，凡舉通識教育、社會科學、管理、政治、資訊、化學、物理、機械、土木、電機、運動科學等學術領域，尤為與軍事結合之論述，竭誠歡迎校內、外專家學者投稿，凡來函稿件需為原創性論文及回顧性論文，已發表在其它期刊或審稿中的文章將不接受刊登，來稿文章力求精簡嚴謹，本學報不付稿酬也不收取刊登費用，來稿採隨到隨審方式全年徵稿 。

本學報為半年刊，每年六、十二月出刊，為便利本學報編審及出版作業，截稿日期為每年四月三十日與十月三十一日，其次作者需建議四位本校或外校相關領域之審查人員，提供論文審查學者需具博士學位或助理教授以上資格為原則，並註明姓名、詳細住址、e-mail信箱，連同稿件一式三份與電子檔案，寄至「高雄市鳳山區維武路一號，陸軍軍官學校資訊學系」收，並於信封上註明黃埔學報稿件，也可寄至對所屬專長領域之任一編輯委員，來函文件中需特別標示聯絡作者、地址、聯絡電話與e-mail信箱，同時鼓勵利用e-mail方式直接寄至執行編輯或編輯委員信箱，論文格式規定請參閱本校網址－ https://www.cma.edu.tw/。

評審作業方式以兩位審查人員擔任稿件審查工作，由編輯委員於建議名單中挑選一員，並於名單外另擇定一員擔任評審工作，審查意見共分四級：

投稿著作所有列名作者皆同意在投稿文章被刊登在本學報後，其著作財產權即讓與陸軍軍官學校，但作者仍保有著作人格權，與本著作未來自行集結出版、教學等個人非營利使用之權力，此外編審委員對來稿有刪改權，不願刪改時應於稿件上預先註明，不適合刊登之稿件需退還者，一律退還並附專家學者審查意見供投稿人參考，如有未盡事宜，得經本校編輯委員會補充訂定之。

WHAMPOA - An Interdisciplinary Journal is an integrated academic journal published by Chinese Military Academy. The submission will always be welcomed no matter in which field (general education, social science, management science, political science, information science, chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering, civil engineering). Especially, the research connects with military topics is welcomed. The submitting manuscripts should be originals or reviews. Those papers which have already been published or under reviewing in other journals will not be accepted. The manuscripts engaged to publish in Whampoa Journal should be concise. Once an article is accepted and published, Whampoa Journal will not give or take any payment for the publishing. Nevertheless, the authors will be presented. In addition, the reviewing of the articles is all year around, you can submit your manuscripts anytime in a year.

The WHAMPOA - An Interdisciplinary Journal will have its publication twice a year, in June and December. The deadline of each periodical is set to be April 30 and October 31; the authors should recommend four reviewers of the correlating academic field (from CMA or other universities). The recommended reviewers should be qualified with Ph.D. or above the position of assistant professor. The authors should enclose the letter with three paper copies and one electronic file of the article. Moreover, the name, address, e-mail, and telephone number of the corresponding author and the recommended reviewers should also be enclosed. The letter could be sent either to “No 1, Wei-Wu road, Fengshan, Department of Computer and Information Science, Chinese Military Academy, Kaohsiung County, 830 Taiwan” or through appropriate area of Editorial Board. We prefer submitting papers by electronic mail. Furthermore, be sure to note the letter with “Manuscripts for the Whampoa Journal”. The reviewing process is conducted by two reviewers, one is picked from the recommendation list, and the other one is chosen by the editors of the journal. The judgments of each reviewer are divided into four grades:

The copyright of the article will be given to Chinese Military Academy once the manuscript is published in WHAMPOA - An Interdisciplinary Journal with all the authors’ permissions. However, the authors could still hold the rights for the mass publication, teaching and other non-profitable usages. Besides, the editors have the authority to modify the submitted manuscripts. If the manuscript is not allowed to be modified by the editors, the authors should state clearly in the manuscripts. The rejected manuscripts would be returned back to the authors promptly together with the reviewers’ opinions on the corresponding issues. The journal committee would renew these regulations in case that there is anything improper.
