Current Cadets

Being a cadet of ROCMA, I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do. I will resolve to become a military leader of competent and morally upright who is well versed in both civil and military sciences. I will cultivate the ability to lead and manage, to solve problems, to master communication, and to carry on lifelong learning. I will enforce the core values: country, responsibility, honor, devotion, solidarity courage and confidence. I will practice the Academys motto: "Camaraderie." I will affirm the self-esteem that "I am the best." And finally I will carry through the virtues of respecting teachers and morals as well as being practical and honest.
