To foster military leaders of high intellectual, military, and moral quality, all school affairs are planned in reference to the systems of internationally renowned military schools and the trend of university education development. A strategy based on the spirit of incorporating traditions with innovation is adopted. By clarifying educational goals and core competencies, adjusting organizational structure and efficiency, establishing regulations and systems, emphasizing core values, and shaping an ideal campus atmosphere, we aim to develop the R.O.C.
