About ROCMA

The purpose of education is to build introspective wisdom. Military education is well-known for such wisdom, enabling the fostering of indomitable, intellectually and militarily capable cadres of skill, morality, courage, perseverance, steadfastness, and health.
In 1924, the R.O.C. Military Academy was established with the motto by Premier Chiang Kai-shek. Its principals have inherited the great spirit of military education in meticulously planning courses, training soldiers, and promoting them to the top. With the spirits of sacrifice, unity, and responsibility promoted by the academy, these soldiers inherit the revolution of the R.O.C. The history of the R.O.C. Military Academy records the heroic sacrifices of martyrs as well as the loyalty and righteousness of heroes. Today, the students in the academy sing the joy of growing up in each chapter of life, demonstrating achievements in philosophy, military science, and daily life science education.
